ViabilityIQ.ai ("we", "us") provides an AI-powered viability scoring service. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights over it.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address, display name (if provided), and an encrypted password hash.
• Score data: the answers you give to scoring questions, any URLs/files you attach as supporting materials, and the generated score + analysis.
• Usage data: standard server logs (IP address, browser, timestamps) retained for 30 days for security and debugging.

How we use it

We use your account data to authenticate you. We use your score data to generate analyses, save your history, and improve the platform. We do not sell your data. We do not show ads.

Third-party services

We send your scoring inputs to Anthropic (Claude API) for analysis. Anthropic does not retain this data for training under their commercial terms. We use Supabase for authentication + database hosting, Resend for transactional email, and Vercel for application hosting.

Your rights

You can delete your account at any time by contacting support@viabilityiq.ai. This deletes your profile and all associated scores from our database within 7 days. You can also export your data on request.

Children

This service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
