ViabilityIQ.ai is an AI-powered scoring tool that analyzes companies, products, and ideas across multiple pillars. Scores and analyses are generated by Anthropic's Claude language model and are informational only — they are not financial, legal, or investment advice.
You own the answers and materials you submit. We hold a non-exclusive right to process them through our pipeline to generate the score you requested. We do not claim ownership of your inputs or your scores.
AI-generated scores are best-effort estimates based on the information you provide. We do not warrant accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular decision. Don't use a ViabilityIQ score as the sole basis for a major business or financial decision. Always do your own due diligence.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, ViabilityIQ.ai is provided "as is" without warranty. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months prior to any claim (if any).
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email and posted here at least 14 days before taking effect.
